Article 1: Terms of application and modification of General Conditions of Sale
The present General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales conducted on the Opportunities. Opportunities reserves the right to adapt or modify the following sales conditions at any time. In case of modification, the sales conditions applied will be those in effect at the time of purchase.
Article 2: Product availability
Our offers and prices are valid as long as the articles are displayed on the website.
Upon reception of your order, we will verify the availability of the product(s). All articles presented for sale are unique (one-of-a-kind). In the event that two or more clients place an order for the same item, the client whose payment is authorized first will receive the article.
Dispatch of articles is immediate if purchase is made by credit or debit card. For all other forms of payment, including PayPal and money orders, your order will be dispatched only after the funds have been credited to Opportunities account.
Article 3: Prices
The Opportunities website reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However it will honor the price indicated at the time of purchase, unless the article is no longer available. Shipping is free in France, Spain, Luxembourg, and Belgium with Mondial Relay and InPost. For orders in Andorra, you can pick up your order directly in our store.
For other countries worldwide > Colissimo: €25 and Chronopost: €40.
Article 4: Methods of payment and security
1 / Credit/Debit cards:
All transactions are processed using SSL security protocol and 3D Secure. Your card details (number, address etc.) are encrypted on your computer and will never circulate unprotected on the Internet. Once you place an order, it is registered immediately and confirmed as soon as authorization for payment has been obtained.
Payment can be made in two installments by credit card, without any additional fees.
2 / PayPal :
Payment by PayPal is made through their website. None of your bank information transits through the Opportunities website, making your payment on PayPal completely secure. Your order will be registered immediately and confirmed as soon as authorization for payment has been obtained. Therefore you can shop online in complete security.
3 / Payment with Klarna:
Klarna: Pay in several interest-free instalments up to €1500.
The following terms apply between Klarna Bank AB and you if you have placed an order and wish to pay in 3 interest-free instalments. By choosing this Klarna payment method, you agree to these terms. See terms.
4 / Money orders:
Orders will be processed only after receipt of funds.
Important: Out of respect to our consigners, all transactions made by money order must be completed within 4 business days following the order. All orders that pass this deadline will be automatically cancelled and the item(s) re-listed for sale on the site.
Security:
All credit/debit card information is encrypted using SSL security technology and 3D Secure, or by PayPal protocol, which guarantees complete security of online payments; your bank details are never sent in unencrypted form over the network. At no time does Opportunities have access to this data nor does it transit through their servers. For this reason you are required to re-enter your financial details for each purchase.
Retention of title clause:
All merchandise remains the property of Opportunities until it is paid in full. Once dispatched and delivered, the risk of the merchandise shall pass to the buyer.
Copyright and intellectual property rights:
Any photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, logos, icons, including all content contained in this site are the property of Opportunities, or of third parties who have given Opportunities, authorization to use them, and are protected by copyright laws. Any reproduction (paper or computer) of the said site and the merchandise reproduced therein is prohibited, banning all use destined for advertising, commercial or informational purposes. With the exception of the legal provisions mentioned above, all reproduction, representation, uses or modifications, by any means or on any support whatsoever, of all or part of the site and the various items of which it is composed, without the prior consent of Opportunities, is strictly forbidden and constitutes an infringement of copyright, and may result in civil or criminal charges, and payment of damages and interest.
Payment default:
Opportunities reserves the right to refuse or cancel a customer’s delivery or order if full or partial payment has not been received or if a payment dispute is pending.
If a customer has not respected the payment schedule for a purchase payable in one installments, or has not respected the General Conditions of Sale, Opportunities reserves the right to withhold delivery of merchandise until full payment has been received.
Article 5: Delivery
Items will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery time:
In the case of payment by credit/debit card your order will be dispatched immediately. From the time your order has been confirmed, delivery time can vary from 1 to 7 business days depending upon the mode of delivery and destination. This is an average time depending on the destination and shipping method. Exceeding the limit of delivery time does not result in the cancellation of an order, discounts in purchase price, damages or interest, if the article is delivered within 15 business days following validation of purchase.
Article 6: Return policy
The buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to return the undesired article and can request a refund, without penalties, with the exception of delivery, packaging and return charges which remain at the expense of the buyer.
For payments made in 3 installments, a refund will be granted in the form of a credit equivalent to the amount paid (excluding delivery and return fees).

Article 7: Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed by a licensed expert; a certificate of authenticity is automatically enclosed with each invoice. The articles for sale on the Opportunities website are essentially pre-owned items that in most cases have already been used. Our products are described according to the following criteria:
PERFECT: The articles look new and present no defects.
EXCELLENT: The articles were hardly used and present no defects.
VERY GOOD: The articles were used occasionally but their appearance is still very good. If an article presents signs of use they are hardly visible and will be indicated in the description.
GOOD: The articles were used often but their appearance remains good. If an item shows a defect or marks, they are always indicated in the description of the article. These small signs of wear are visible on close inspection but do not adversely affect the overall appearance of the article when worn.
Article 8: Freedom of Information Act
Customers may, at any time, access, modify, correct or suppress any personal information.
