Methods of payment and security

We accept the following methods of payment:

– Credit/Debit Cards
Payment can be made in one installment without any additional fees. Your transactions will be processed using secure SSL and 3D Secure technology. Your card details are encrypted in a secure host environment protecting your data while in transit over the Internet. Your order will be registered and confirmed, in complete security, as soon as authorization for payment has been obtained.

– PayPal
Payment can be made through the PayPal website. None of your financial information transits through the Opportunities website. Making your payment on PayPal completely secure. Your order will be immediately registered and confirmed as soon as authorization for payment has been obtained. You can shop online in complete security by just filling out your credit card number and expiration date in the space provided.

– Payment with Klarna:
Klarna: Pay in several interest-free instalments up to €1500.
The following terms apply between Klarna Bank AB and you if you have placed an order and wish to pay in 3 interest-free instalments. By choosing this Klarna payment method, you agree to these terms. See terms.

– Money Orders
All orders will be processed only after receipt of funds.

Important : In an effort to maintain the respect of our consigners, all transactions made by money order must be completed within 4 business days following the order. All orders that pass this deadline will be automatically cancelled and the item(s) re-listed for sale on the website.

Our bank details will be disclosed in the ‘ORDER CONFIRMATION’.

Security
All credit/debit card information is encrypted and protected using SSL security protocol. We also subscribe to the 3D Secure, which provides additional security for online payments by authenticating the buyer as the card holder.

Your bank details are never sent in unencrypted form over the network, nor do they transit through the Opportunities website servers. It is for this reason that you are required to re-enter your financial details for each new purchase.

Delivery and Returns

Shipping is free in France, Spain, Luxembourg, and Belgium with Mondial Relay and InPost. For orders in Andorra, you can pick up your order directly in our store.
For other countries worldwide > Colissimo: €25 and Chronopost: €40.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return.

Items will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase.

Delivery time
In the case of payment by credit/debit card your order will be dispatched immediately. From the time your order has been confirmed, delivery time can vary from 1 to 7 business days depending upon the mode of delivery and destination. This is an average time depending on the destination and shipping method. . Exceeding the limit of delivery time does not result in the cancellation of an order, discounts in purchase price, damages or interest, if the article is delivered within 15 business days following validation of purchase.

Satisfied or Reimbursed
We do not grant price reductions, or accept any sale proposals from customers that are dissatisfied with a purchase. However, the buyer has 7 days from the date of delivery to return the undesired article and request a refund:
– For payments made in 1 installment, a refund will be granted without penalties (excluding delivery, packaging and return fees which remain at the expense of the buyer).

– By requesting on your own initiative, and accepting the certificate of authenticity signed by our expert and the invoice for your purchase before the legal withdrawal period, you have canceled this period.
